How to create an account on the website?

You can create an account on our website for free by clicking the "Create New Account" under the "MY ACCOUNT" icon on the home page. You can also log in to the site with your Facebook or Google ID by clicking the Login with Facebook / Login with Google buttons.

What should I pay attention to when creating an account?

Your information in the registration form must be complete and accurate. It will ensure that your orders are delivered to you quickly and securely. The password you choose must be easy to remember but should not be known or predicted by others. The passwords you will create from numbers and letters will be more secure. After entering the requested information and clicking the "REGISTER" button, the activation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. After completing your activation process, you can continue shopping by typing your e-mail address and password in the "MY ACCOUNT" login area.

Can I order without creating an account?

Creating an account for browsing and ordering on our site is not required.

You can quickly complete your order by entering the delivery address and payment details, thanks to our "Guest Checkout" module.

What are the advantages of having an account?

When you create an account and save your delivery information, you can complete your repeat orders much faster, follow up on your order, add your favorite products to your favorites list, and view your past orders. Besides, you can make purchases at advantageous prices offered to our accounts in particular periods.

I forgot my password; what should I do?

Enter the e-mail address you used when logging in to our website under the "MY ACCOUNT" section by clicking the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address shortly.

How can I delete my account?

You can message through our "Contact" page that you wish to terminate your account.


How do I order?

You can choose the product you want on the website from the product categories or reach the product page by typing the product name or SKU in the "Search" box. You can add the product to your shopping cart by choosing the color, packaging, and quantity on the product page.

Once the product has been added to the shopping cart, you can go back to the "home page" and review other categories and products, or you can complete your order by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon at the top right. You will see product pictures, product names, packaging, color, selling price, discounts, if available, and shipping fees for the products added to the shopping cart. You can remove the product from the cart by clicking the cross icon. If you have a discount code, enter the given code in the "DISCOUNT COUPON" area and press the "APPLY" button to see the discounted price. After clicking on the" BUY" button, you will add your delivery address. If you have not added an address or want to add a different address, you may do so by clicking on the "add new" button. You can choose individual addresses for delivery and invoice on the addresses page. After selecting the address, you can go to the payment page by clicking the "REVIEW&PAY" button. The cardholder's first-last name, credit card number, expiration date, and CVC information must be entered on the payment page. Information about credit card installments is displayed based on the credit card company. After entering the card information, "PRE-INFORMATION FORM AND DISTANT SALES CONTRACT" should be read, and the boxes under both forms should be selected. After clicking the" COMPLETE ORDER" button, the order will be completed, and the order confirmation will be displayed. The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address as well. You may also access your order details under the MY ACCOUNT>Orders section.

How do I pay on

Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 

How long can I keep the products in my shopping cart?

The products you have added to your shopping cart will continue to appear unless you remove them and they are sold out. Also, the products in your shopping cart will not be reserved for you. The price and availability of the products stored in the shopping cart are subject to change, and the most recent price of each product will always appear.  

Where can I see my orders?

You can view your orders from the "ORDERS" section on the "MY ACCOUNT" page.

Is VAT included in the products I buy?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the selling price.

When can I get my order?

HEMEL ships the products available in stock within five business days after the order is placed.

Which courier company do you ship my orders with?

Hepsijet Kargo sends all your orders to Turkey. EU and UK shipments are made via DHL.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order through the "MY ACCOUNT"> "ORDERS" section. Please note that it is not possible to cancel the shipped orders. 

What should I pay attention to when receiving an order from the courier?

When you receive the order, you show notice of any opening, crushing, or wetting in the package. The courier officer will assist them and record any possible defect.
