    • It is the first impregnation agent in compliance with the European Biocidal Product Regulation.
    • Provides higher protection against copper tolerant fungi.
    • Tanalith enables it to work better on wood and wood woods that are impregnated especially and to spread evenly over the wood
    • Baramine ™ is a patented technology of Arch Timber Protection and Tanalith's impregnation facilities only.
    • 2015 innovation award-winning and market leader.
    • Green and Brown colors are available.
    • It is sold in 720 KG and 1200 KG IBCs.

Tanalith is the only generation impregnating agent applied with a vacuum-pressure system without chromium and arsenic. Developed in Europe and the USA due to the restrictions imposed by the regulations on the use of chromium and arsenic, Tanalith is the only impregnation agent that has proven its effectiveness at the end of many years of field and laboratory tests by independent organizations and universities, and has not been proven in metal parts. . It has become the market leader in the wood industry in a very short time. USA, European countries, Australia, Japan etc. has approval documents from countries.

Tanalith, which is an environmental and human friendly impregnating agent, contains azole compounds that have no harm to human and environmental health. Tanalith is odorless. As a result of the impregnation process, there is no change in the final dimensions of the wood and does not cause rust on the metal fasteners used in the assembly. Light green color is obtained in woods after impregnation. With the effect of ultraviolet rays, its color turns into honey color after a while.

Tanalith is used safely in all wooden units where people will be in contact: construction industry, landscaping, park, garden, children's playground elements, scaffolding woods, farm buildings, animal shelters, greenhouse timber, vineyard piles, wood used in organic agriculture and freshwater, packaging / cargo woods, containers, freight wagons etc. Like all wooden elements, it has very wide usage areas. Wood impregnated with Tanalith is perfectly protected against fungal, insect and termite damage.

  • What is Tanalith?
Tanalith Impregnation is a new generation, only alternative preservative, a wood preservative that does not contain chromium and arsenic substances and is applied by the vacuum-pressure method. Tanalith E is the only impregnation that meets all the expectations of the wood industry and users, has proven its effectiveness after many years of field and laboratory tests by independent organizations and universities, and does not cause corrosion in metal parts. It has become a leader in the wood industry all over the world with the speed of light. It has received approval certificates from many countries such as America, Europe, Australia, Japan.
Tanalith Impregnation, an environmental and human-friendly preservative, contains azole compounds that do not harm human and environmental health. Tanalith E is odorless.
As a result of wood impregnation with Tanalith Impregnation, there is no change in the final dimensions of the wood, and it does not cause rusting in the metal connection members used in the assembly. The light green color is obtained in the woods after impregnation. Its color turns into honey color after a while with the effect of ultraviolet rays.
Tanalith E is used safely in all wooden units that people will be in contact with: construction industry, landscaping, parks, gardens, children's playgrounds, pier woods, farm buildings, animal shelters, greenhouse timber, vineyard piles, the wood used in organic farming and freshwater. It has a wide range of use in the field of wood such as packaging/cargo wood, containers, freight wagons. Wood impregnated with Tanalith Impregnation is best protected against fungus, insect, and termite growth.
During the vacuum process, the air in the cells of the wood material to be used is evacuated and the impregnating material provides better absorption. After the first process, the "tanalith" is filled into the impregnation tank and the pressure operation is started.
What is Tanalith; It is a new generation wood preservative used against fungus, insect and termite attacks, under European and World standards, and proven by laboratory and field experiments. Tanalith applied wood, becomes a longer-lasting, smoother, more sensitive to human health and the environment.
The pressure process initiated, varies between 1-1.5 hours and continues until the absorption of the impregnation material is completed. When the pressing process is finished, the impregnation tank is emptied and the last vacuum process is performed. A final vacuum is applied for the recovery of the excess tantalite on the wood and its surface.
The vacuum method is divided into 2 as "Non-Pressure Method and Pressurized Method":

Non-pressure method; It is divided into four categories within itself.

Brushing: It is the process of coating the wood by applying the chemical substances to be applied to the wood surface with the help of a brush.

Spraying: It is the process performed by spraying the chemical to be applied on the wood to the surface of the wood with the help of a compressor.

Long and short-term immersion: It is the process of allowing the wood to absorb the chemical by immersing the wood in the chemical substance for a short time or for a long time.
Hot cold tank method: This method is one of the impregnation methods that do not require pressure application. Creosote and solutions of water-soluble impregnation salts are used as impregnating agents. In this method, the dried wood material is heated in the liquid preservative in an open-top impregnation vessel, then left in the cold preservative for a certain period. With the help of this pressure, the preservative can penetrate deeply into the wood material. Two impregnation pots are used.
The wood material heated in the boiler with hot impregnation material must be immersed in the cold preservative in the second boiler.
